How do I know that my order has been shipped?

we ship out your order we will send you an additional email with a USPS
or UPS tracking number. You may track your packages by logging in to your account.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes,
we do. For all international orders, we require our customers to use Google Checkout. We may occasionaly require international customers to fax or email us
a copy of their credit card and driver's license or valid ID. For some
international orders, we may require a wire transfer. If the need
arises, we will contact you with further instructions. International
customers are responsible for any additional customs, taxes and or
tariffs.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
(COMING SOON!) Yes,
gift certificates may be purchased online. They will be emailed to the
gift recipient within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays).

would like us to include.

Wholesale FAQCan I use my own Shipping? (My own UPS or Fedex Account, or my own truck ..) Sure! During checkout, select "Your own UPS Account" and make sure to email us and tell us how to ship.
Can I be invoiced later? (Purchase orders) Customers that have a good track record can email us and ask for this special status. Once approved, Purchase Order will be one of the payment methods available to them.
