Store Policies
Go Jeans has the following store policies; if you have any questions about our policies, please see our FAQ and if your question is not answered there, please contact us.
If you would like to place an order for international delivery, you may do so by paying by Google Checkout, check or money order.
Items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. From shipment to delivery may be another 5-7 business days. We will try our best to get your order to you ASAP, but on rare occasions we need our full 7 business days to get your order shipped.
If an item is on Backorder, we will notify you within 7 business days, and give you an option to cancel the order if we cannot ship within your requested timeframe.
Within 5 days of receipt of order, please check that your order was fulfilled correctly. We cannot be responsible for mistakes if we are not informed within this time frame.
We allow returns for store credit only.
Item must be returned within 30 days, undamaged, clean, and in resellable condition.
You will receive store credit for the purchase price excluding Shipping & Handling.
If the return is due to a mistake of ours, we will not charge you for shipping of the replacement.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA AUTHORIZATION EMAIL. You will have to click on TRACK ORDER, Login to your account, and then click on RMA request. We will email you a response with information on how to return the item. You must print out this email and include it with your return.
Items shipped to us not following the above conditions will be shipped back to you after we receive payment for shipping.
