Wholesale Store Policies

Items are sold in packages of six, containing one small size of the item, two medium size, two large size, and one extra large size.
In cases where an item is not available in one or two sizes, the package will be proportioned accordingly.
For example, if an item is not available in the extra large size, there will be two of the item in the small size.
For an item available only in one size, the package will contain six identical pieces.

Go Jeans allows for special orders of an item proportioned differently than above, however, different minimum orders may apply.

Discounts are available based on the quantity of an item purchased. The more of an item you buy, the cheaper it is. Minimum quantities for cheaper prices are indicated by each item, including the price per item once that minimum quantity is achieved.

Time to shipment for items is between 7-14 business days. We try to fulfill orders as soon as we get them, however, since most orders are custom tailored to your request, we generally do not have an item in stock. If we do happen to have stock of the item you are purchasing, shipment may very well occur in less than a week. Transit time depends on the shipment carrier used.

Placing a wholesale order is a contract to custom manufacture the items for you. If you would like to cancel your order, we may be able to help you if you contact us right away. If you did not contact us in time, we will not give you a refund. Please contact us in case of any problems so we can resolve them in a way most favorable for both of us.

Within 5 days of receipt of order, please check that your order was fulfilled correctly. We cannot be responsible for mistakes if we are not informed within this time frame.
